DMV Notarization
Convenient Mobile Notary
This is one of the most popular services available which include DMV forms such as MVR-63, MVR-46F, Bill of Sale and of course title transfers. Notarizing the seller's signature for a North Carolina vehicle or trailer title must have the seller's information handy to complete the transaction. Title transfers are by appointment only.
OUT OF STATE TITLE: contact the DMV at 919-715-7000 to find out if your title needs to be notarized before making an appointment.
